"When Shall I See You Again?"

Tempus Fugit: Time flies.
Sometimes too fast.
A foretelling of what always follows: The past.
Yet it seems to freeze when you look into Her eyes...

What will you not give to hold it there forever?
Her presence imparts sublimity into all that you experience,
Inculcates harmony into all that you feel; Such psychic assonance.
Do you not feel the need to hold this moment, and let it go, never?

Such is the intoxicating nature of moments with Her.
The First Embrace.
She resonates with your spirit, she also resonates grace;
You worry, you fear, what if the future changes and the past becomes a blur!

You smell her hair and ask her,"Where?"
The Moon shines with the light of Her smile, "Anywhere. Just make sure you are there."
Her reply lights your eyes and you know whatever the future has in store, you can bear.
Endurance is inevitable as the present becomes invaluable. "Always.", you swear.

The First Kiss.
The stakes rise still further, still higher,
Is there no culmination to this desire?
Afraid. Anxious. Nervous. Be happy, can't you? Revel in this bliss!

 When you hear Her laugh,
A sound to blanch a choir of angels.
It evokes an exultation within, a feeling unparalleled.
You feel that if you could, you would hurt on Her behalf;

Her eyes.
You look deep in them.
You have the present, why so afraid to lose this gem?
Maybe all you need is a promise of tomorrow, as time flies;

Her hair.
This ravishing cascade of shadow,
How it feels in your palms and against your face, smelling subtly of an espresso;
You want tomorrow, at least this much, fate should spare.

Her lips.
They remind you of everything you have ever tasted and then render this culmination of taste pale,
You follow her invigorating touch as along your topography, She trails,
You fret. If tomorrow is not promised, you consternate in thoughts of the apocalypse;

You have Her now, this much you know.
With an anxious heart, you ask her, afraid of tomorrow not being yours: A manifestable pain:
"When Shall I see you again?"
Her smile turns the night into day, she blushes and says,
"Tomorrow."
