The Waters of Neptune

Thy great flow, surges across time,

The dichotomies of nature are sustained by thee,

You bring cohesion to the universe: a rhyme.

It is in Your presence, a future I hope to see;

O all purifying current of power!

Thy tide frames the course of history itself,

Bathe us inn your radiance, a shower,

In your honour, they never run dry: the wells;

Every river flows under Your guidance,

Endure your celestial dalliance,

With your blessings, our horizon widens,

May it survive, our natural alliance;

I christen You Everflow! Lord of water,

I swam in your pride, the Tiber,

I have fallen for Her, Your daughter,

I wish to court Her, in a world which is simply: cyber;

Time and again, we have tried to tame your flow,

These endeavors just teach us one thing: Humility,

In Your name, Great Neptune, Your waters still glow,

I invoke you, Ancient God, You and Your viscosity;
