An Embrace of Dichotomy
To see a world in the eyes of another,
and Hell in Her sighs,
To Live for the sound of Angels in her passionate cries,
How to perceive life now?: The soul shudders;
To hold the burning branch till it blackens the skin,
Has a pleasure of its own.
To have known this life and the pleasures it brings: Being alive is a sin!
Across Dante's Circles, this mythoclast is not known;
To feel this outpouring,
Is like holding a single grain of sand,
To solve this predicament, what does one do? Keep still the hand.
It is whoring out the senses, the Demon within is roaring!
To the heavy and tired heart,
Rest. More is yet to come your way;
To the ever-thinking mind, don't you dare start!
In theology and mythology you turn to, You pray;
To see a world in the eyes of another,
and Heaven in Her sighs,
To Live for the sound of Demons in her, raging & wise,
How to perceive life now?: The soul thunders!
To embrace all that you are,
To embrace all that you could be...
